The FT-WMSM Micro Water Quality Monitor adopts a highly integrated design philosophy, seamlessly combining standard national testing methods with computer technology. The device integrates a water sampling and distribution system, detection units, quality control units, and auxiliary units, enabling simultaneous monitoring of multiple key water quality parameters.
It accurately measures pH, temperature, turbidity, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen. Utilizing multi-electrode integration technology, it significantly enhances monitoring efficiency and data accuracy. To address critical issues like eutrophication and organic pollution, the device also monitors essential chemical indicators such as Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and permanganate index, providing a comprehensive reflection of the water environment status.
For the conventional five-parameters, electrode methods are employed: pH measurement range is 0-14 with an accuracy of ±0.1; dissolved oxygen is measured using the fluorescent lifetime method with a range of 0-20 mg/L and accuracy of ±2%; conductivity is measured by the contact electrode method with a range of 0-5000 μS/cm and accuracy of ±1.5%. For chemical indicators: COD is measured by the UV254 absorption method, ammonia nitrogen by the ion-selective electrode method, and total phosphorus/total nitrogen by the potassium persulfate oxidation method. All measured indicators meet national standard requirements.
The device supports GPRS/4G wireless network communication, enabling real-time remote transmission of monitoring data. It is equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen for local data viewing and device operation. The device comes with an IoT data display platform that supports data storage, analysis, querying, and alarm functions, providing comprehensive data support for environmental protection departments and management units.
The FT-WMSM features a 216 stainless steel enclosure with an IP54 protection rating, allowing it to adapt to various complex outdoor environments. It occupies only 1 square meter of space, adopts a cabinet-style installation with overall dimensions of 1684mm × 560mm × 510mm, offers easy installation, and has low site requirements. It supports dual power supply modes: mains power AC220V and solar power, making it suitable for different installation environments.
Applications include:
Real-time monitoring of water quality in reservoirs, lakes, and other water sources to promptly detect pollution exceedances.
Routine monitoring of rivers, lakes, and other water bodies, supporting river chief system management.
Deployment downstream of industrial park discharge outlets to monitor the impact of wastewater effluent on receiving water bodies.
Process control in water treatment plants and monitoring of water supply pipe networks.
